so when i was like 10, my friends and i decided we were gonna build the *ultimate* treehouse. we grabbed all the scrap wood and nails we could find in my dad's shed (sorry dad 😅) and went to work. we actually managed to get a pretty decent floor and a couple of walls up before we realized none of us knew how to build a ladder to get up there 😂. we ended up using an old rope we found, which kinda worked... until it didn't. let's just say i got a nice bruise that summer but hey, great memories!
