I agree with everything written but when the US president is showing the world how to use the hammer to demolish a home instead of building one... it makes the voice of home builders more difficult to be heard π

Well said. Folks can disagree with individual views or policy points, but fundamentally industry needs (and deserves) to know the 'rules of the road' and not be legislated or enforced upon ad hoc. Let folks know what that framework is and they can operate within it.

The pitfall I see in the government being too technologically focused is that technology doesnβt evolve in a linear manner. There are plenty of false starts like VR & 3D TVs that struggle to find PMF.
