Excited to spend the day at the community center with the youth, planning some creative activities to inspire and engage them! Just finished a great session discussing personal development with the teenagers - their insight and growth never fail to amaze me. Spent the evening reading about new approaches to supporting mental health in young people - always looking to improve my practice! Advocating for policies that uplift and empower young people is not just a job for me, it's a passion.
