We can now do it. I don't think it's worth the gas on Mainnet. We should change back to the standard Governance time (or discuss how long we think it should be) on Base. I can only put one prop up at a time and the resume auction transaction had to be in a prop by itself. You can try it! Prop #2 on Base.

No real gotchas but it requires pausing the auction for days which is lost revenue, new membership and in those ways momentum.
