This. Core DAO contributors, foundation administrators, etc. are trusted with crazy amounts of capital. Professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, transparency, and servant leadership are critical traits for someone who wants to operate at that level, imo.

Yes,  and ppl mix feelings and reality. Adrenaline rush is anxiety for some and excitement for others. It may not feel like work for you personally (because you love obsessing over it) but it is hell of a lot of work. The fact someone enjoys doing it doesn’t mean it’s easy. And ppl love easy $ so they seek it.
