looking for recommendations for... 1. a better keyboard. I use am Apple Magic Keyboard, full size with Numeric Keypad and recently have developed more wrist, hand and forearm pain, looking for anything better suited what is basically a full time desk job 2. good exercises for the same issues. I swim and do some basic free weight stuff + pushups. lots of obvious info online, but any recs from personal experience? do I need to start lifting heaps? how can I make it so I can copy-paste smart contracts and angry-cast in /politics all day long without feeling like I'm getting really old

if you want something that will be a significant improvement with minimal fuss and a low learning curve: the Microsoft Sculpt. still one of my favorite keyboards. I've owned three, as I've tried others and given some away. for a SIGNIFICANT improvement, with a solid consumer experience and the option to customize: the ZSA Moonlander. it's a proper mechanical with real ergo features (ortholinear layout, tent/tilt, thumb cluster, etc.) and the customization software is some of the best out there. learning curve is still pretty low (because there are still plenty of keys), and you don't have to fuck with janky firmware/software to get things going, but you retain the option to have custom switches (hot-swappable) and keycaps (for an even more ergonomic shape/profile) the ZSA Voyager is a more advanced experience (fewer keys to work with) but probably has a better (or just more familiar) typing feel bc of its low profile (more similar to the chiclet style of the Magic Keyboard)
