Training for my first half marathon. I’ve got about four months. Any advice from experienced runners? Things you wished you knew before you ran your first marathon / half marathon?

Remember to always warm up before your runs and always stretch on a daily basis to avoid injuries. Complementing your training with gym workouts is recommended to build muscle and avoid injuries. Good nutrition and enough sleep are really the key! But most importantly: remember to have fun!

Thank you! I am still hitting the weights though it is a bit taxing to do both (and work out more days overall). On the plus side, it def helps with sleep :)
