Write out all your worries on a piece of paper before you go to bed. Literally every single one you can think of, big or small, until there’s nothing left.

First major game changer was using eye mask. Stark difference. Stark. Doing magnesium lately as well. Less noticeable improvement, but I remember my dreams more. Seems like a good secondary indicator.

simply follow these quick and easy steps: fixsleep.link you don't need to do anything outlandish, and you don't have to wake up at 5 (that's my way) but if you want to improve your sleep, follow every step of the list (main culprits are usually caffeine and/or drugs after noon)

One technique that worked for me Write tasks done that day, plan the tasks for tomorrow the previous night and also all the backlogs of things to be done in an email to myself. Helps me reduce anxiety and sleep better
