Write out all your worries on a piece of paper before you go to bed. Literally every single one you can think of, big or small, until there’s nothing left.

I was doing that for a while but I found it usually works up my racing thoughts which keep me up I’m trying to write down moments that made me happy through the day, to make me feel like I spent the day in a good way no matter how I spent it to combat the anxiety spirals of “not enough” that usually come up
