If someone is trying to move from their traditional job and break into crypto, what are the top 3 skills or programming languages someone should master?

if you're technical: learn how to write smart contracts and start building apps

if you're non technical: learn how to build community / brand with no code onchain tools like farcaster, zora, paragraph, highlight etc

Any specific resources? I'm a decent enough dev but never got into smart contracts. A friend started a course on Solidity and React on Udemy. Didn't know if it was a rabbit chase. 

Any smart contract devs with any links they'd like to share or is the Udemy course sufficient? Thanks!
