FC buidlers, what's the most frustrating thing about Ethereum today in your view?

That the very thing that makes it work (ETH having value) is the thing that works the hardest against it when it comes to coordination (quickest way to get rich is to build an alt-L1 rather than build on what we have. people feel like they “missed” the ICO and want that return)
