Here's an idea, L2 with "prepaid transactions" where all of the fees happen at *onboarding*, otherwise transactions are free. This was you can onboard your farcaster address and then send transactions directly from frames without having to involve an external wallet. 

Opens up the design space for useful apps a lot

Probably impossible because of fluctuating L1 fees, but maybe there's way to statistically adjust how many "free" transactions someone gets so that the L2 never runs out of gas to post on the L1

@v curious what your thoughts are on something like this - not sure how you guys are looking to solve the "transact from a frame" problem - it opens up the world though when you get that right

I like this. Rather than only at on-boarding time, I can see services (L2s or even wallets) charging flat monthly fees — in return, gas is sponsored (with some limits to prevent abuse). Great for frames and any UI.
