Verify your X account

You can now connect a X (Twitter) account on Warpcast and it will show up on your profile. 

We’re going to experiment with using this as a signal to give users more reach on the app. 

Should be rolling out to all users now.

Could not agree with u more @cariannshimsham it’s like can we not escape that shithole of a place !? Though we were free of it here. Should have known better.

The way I think of it is that it helps new people find the people they knew on X. Sometimes you can guess because people tend to reuse the same handles, but it’s not always so simple. Also, no one says you have to do it, it’s your choice.

Agree with you about the Twitter problems. The devs said in this thread that they intend to add the option to connect with other social networks. And that they are doing this experiment thinking about people who have just joined Warpcast (as a way for them to show that they are real). More information in the @v thread.
