It's been just about a month since I launched @moxiescout, analytical tools for Moxie Fan Token trading.

@maretus.eth asked me how I ship so fast?

1. I trust my product taste and keep my ear to the community. 
I personally feel the pains and desires of a Fan Token trader. Sometimes I miss things (like mobile users and power user features), but I have a few clutch frens that help me here.

2. I'm ruthless about getting unblocked.
Zero fear asking for help, @ing people, etc.

3. I frequently ask "Will this help me go faster?"
Whether it's cleaning up technical debt, choosing a new library, or the /miw or Build-in-Public casts, everything is designed to help me ship fast.

4. I push myself to ship as frequently as possible.
I can't finish every feature in one working day, but I can finish most.

5. Speed is my competitive advantage.
I don't know many people who can move across the full startup stack as quickly as I can. This is my strength, so I lean into it.

6. Sometimes I sacrifice sleep. But never running.
