One way is to make it less like a business that wants to quit/be sold into a lifetime company that solves the problem people have in the best possible way without focusing too much on profits.

There is still a lot Figma doesn't do, they have done very little work to actually help translating the designs into apps and websites. Without a direct link to end result it's very hard to end up with quality output. Framer looks like a good rising product right now because it pushes websites actually live in a sec.

IPO and transition out. Very much agree with @lsn , just bearish on macro timeline of 3mo. Probably 15mo imo. I suspect hard part is that a large part of his SLT has probably also mentally checked out, so now needs to regroup. Honestly must be such a draining run of events
