This link has a ton of resources right near the school South Boston is gonna be nicer, but more expensive Parts of Dorchester are bad, but the parts near the school will generally be fine If they can drive, Quincy is a good option https://offcampushousing.umb.edu/housing?bounds=42.35692,42.29219,-70.98992,-71.09841
