Legal battles are a huge distraction that take years to resolve, and they're expensive. We tried to come to an agreement by legal avenues and we got jerked around for months, when all we want to do is get back to launching new features.

We felt this was the best option to get to a fast resolution

ok but taking actions that prevent you from operating your business are serious and holders would expect you to take them seriously, this thread seems to also have some risk…

A lawsuit still remains an option, but ultimately it is a slow solution that will leave the chain unable to be upgraded until we get a settlement or a court decision. If the Conduit team does not begin the migration process immediately, we will use every avenue available to us.
