Notice it says "English->Japanese translation can be provided who those who plan to present." So predominantly in Japanese? I'm visiting, wouldn't mind popping by, but won't take a spot if I don't understand most of it

Lost in Translation takes on a new meaning, at the Park Hyatt Tokyo breakfast room. People were negative on those with Google Glass, but it feels like we are very accepting with Apple Vision Pro. Paradigm shift. /vision /tokyo

Happy Lunar New Year. Do you infinitely scroll social media? Or do you get the news that’s fit to read, in quick bites? There’s clear benefit to just grabbing a newspaper, magazine or Kindle. Read wisely, to write eloquently, and own that content.

She apparently gets on a flight right after tonight’s concert, and she doesn’t do encores. So I think you’re good.

I believe Huberman mentions that you’re not actually kicked out of IF if you do a workout and have a little oat butter or something. I don’t know how true this is, but it sounds plausible. My earliest workout is 6/7.15am, I can wake up around 4.30. But I am not regular with IF (just when I feel like it)

Ideally drink 500ml of water. If I feel hungry, a banana, or full boiled egg or a protein shake (this is extremely rare).

This is a simple frame. It’s exposed in the app, but also a good example of a very simple frame. If the source is open, it can be great to help people implement frames!

Gotta mix zone 2 and zone 4/5 up! And I think taking walks are also really good if where you live supports it (eg not Los Angeles or Kuala Lumpur). And I found I was most fit when I could just mix it up - throw in yoga, Pilates, boxing, swimming, eg. Don’t let the body get used to a set workout
