Two types of clients that could potentially be built:

1. Client that generates ad revenue to help subsidize costs and make it free for the user

2. Client that requires a deposit of ETH which can be staked to generate yield. This can pay for the fees and the user can withdraw anytime

Because data is portable across clients, this incentivizes clients in the first category to be aligned with their users more closely than traditional SM companies.

I don't pay for twitter blue and am fine with ads, etc. But If there are 10 clients that are all ad-supported and make it free for me to use Farcaster, I'll use the one that is closely aligned with me.
