I started lifting recently.

When I started, I couldn’t bench the bar.  I had to get a smaller bar (30lbs)

Now I can bench 95 lbs and do many push ups.  It’s all about being consistent with any amount of effort big or small 🫡 just breed SOME kind of consistency 🔥

I choose impressed Burr, you should too 😅😅 
Almost 6 months being a gym girl and I swear to you I can’t do 1 correct push up 😭😭😭

Two pushups? 🤣 I’d be more impressed if they could do ten, but hey, gotta start somewhere, right?
