Since cutting sugar 23 days ago I've seen the following benefits: - better overall sleep quality - shifted sleep schedule from waking up at 2pm to waking up at 9am - reduced my sleep aids by 4 pills - mental clarity is off the charts (deeper understanding of concepts & analytical skills at peak) - skin on point ✨️

This has kept me so accountable... I think I will continue this as a "healthy living" update for as long as im on the wagon! I think I will have a few cheat days here and there but I do think I'll just keep this going as I quite like the benefits 🔥🫡
