As an identical twin growing up with a single mom in a small, economically depressed town, I thought our mom only made one birthday cake each year because we shared the same face, so logically we had to share the same birthday and wishes too For years, I believed that if we made different wishes, they would cancel each other out and we'd end up with nothing The confusing thing was that I knew you couldn't tell anyone your wishes or they wouldn't come true, and it really blew my mind that @scizors.eth and I must have always wished for the same thing because we always got something, no matter how little money there was I don't think I even told scizzypoo about this before Thanks for the great memory, not something I've thought about in years

When we were in middle school, scizors had a girlfriend who didn't realize there were two of us at first, she just thought she saw us everywhere She was really upset when I freaked out after she ran up to me in the hall and kissed me on the cheek Looking back at our photos as kids I have to ask our older sister who is who

when we were kids only our mom could tell us apart but we've gone different directions in our adult life. so maybe if we had the same haircut and beard and long sleeve shirts you couldn't tell us apart, but with like our normal styles of clothes and visible tattoos it'd be a little more obvious
