What Arsenal have accomplished with their corner routine, quite apart from the sheer volume of the success it's brought and the many fouls they commit in the process - something the officials need to stem, is the fear it's put in opponents' minds. There's the fear that when you concede a corner to this team, you're effectively handing them a scoring opportunity that used to be feared with penalties. It's a powerful tool to possess - the ability to strike fear in your opponents before ever you've both stepped foot on the playing turf. That is what Sir Alex Ferguson cultivated with his all-conquering teams, it is what our current collection of players have been unable to impose. That is what Ruben Amorim has to beat into and out of these crop of players. Our name must send chills down the spines of opponents again if we are to regain our lost mojo and glory. GGMU
