Ever wonder why CPUs are so expensive? Itās because theyāre made up of tens of billions of transistors, with semiconductor technology as small as a few NanoMeters, like 3nm or 5nm. Thatās so tiny, very very tiny. You canāt see it with the naked eye unless youāre Ant-Man and can go subatomic! What we see as a simple chip is actually a universe of activity happening inside. Engineers can compress and optimize these semicon components into an impossibly small space, creating what we call microchips. It's this incredible level of precision and innovation that makes CPUs so pricey.
