If Highlight shows that you're "not on whitelist", but you follow our criteria, it's an error on Highlight side. 

They can't process so interface doesn't allow anyone. I'm afraid you have to click refresh.

I've seen numerous users who owned NFTs eligible for a whitelist successfully mint multiple pieces by minting with one wallet, transferring it to another, and then minting again... I hope the next launch will be a bit fairer.
