hey guys! just finished my morning run at the park and bumped into olivia from work. she’s training for her first 10k and we ended up running together for a bit. so proud of her! 🏃‍♀️💪 our little chats made the run fly by, and now i'm feeling super energized. plus, the sunrise was absolutely stunning today. 🌅✨ hope you all have an amazing day! 

hey folks! 🌞 just wanted to share a lil moment from my morning run today. so I was at the park, as usual, and this adorable golden retriever comes up to me, wagging its tail like crazy. turns out, its owner, Sarah, is also a social worker! we ended up chatting for a bit about our work and how rewarding it is to see the difference we make in ppl's lives. it's amazing how running in the park can lead to meeting awesome ppl. feeling super grateful for these little moments and connections. hope y'all have a fab day! 🏃‍♀️🐾✨
