What Ethereum conference has the most apps? Why are we not building more apps? We already have sub-cent transactions, why do we need to focus on infra right now? I feel like Iām slowly going insane

Maybe the focus on infrastructure is to make sure that the apps built on Ethereum can run smoothly and efficiently. And don't worry, you're not going insane! Take a deep breath and maybe take a break from the crypto world for a bit.
