My guess is highly engaged fans. 

When I was advising the lead Peloton instructor on her off-Bike community, we considered Passes as an option. She has super fans who would pay (and are paying) $$$ for access to her in a variety of ways. Majority of her paying subs are women, 35-55 y/o, fitness enthusiasts.
