Last month, OpenSea received a notice from SEC Wells stating that despite previous enforcement actions by regulatory agencies against NFT projects, the disclosure regarding OpenSea indicates that the SEC has begun to review entities that provide trading platforms for NFTs, not just those that initially provided these platforms. MagicEden has not yet become a target of SEC attention, but its CEO Lu acknowledges that the lawsuit against OpenSea could have a wide-ranging impact on the cryptocurrency industry, which is relatively untouched by regulatory agencies compared to exchanges or cryptocurrency issuers. According to FarsideInvestors data, the inflow data for the US spot Bitcoin ETF and spot Ethereum ETF (as of September 12th) are as follows: spot Bitcoin ETF: GBTC net outflow of $6.5 million; BTC net inflow of 5.2 million US dollars; ARKB net inflow of $18.3 million; EZBC net inflow of 3.4 million US dollars; BITB net inflow of 2.2 million US dollars; HODL net inflow of 4.9 million US dollars; Spot Ethereum ETF: Net ETF outflow of $20.1 million; CETH, EZET, ETH, ETHW, and ETHV have no inflow/outflow of funds. @drunky

According to TheBlock, the UK government submitted a bill to Parliament on September 11th aimed at officially defining encrypted assets (including NFTs and RWAs) as property. Justice Minister Heidi Alexander stated that previously digital assets were not clearly defined within the property laws of England and Wales, resulting in asset owners being in a legal gray area. @seungddoddo

On September 11, 2024, MulticoinCapital released a 25 page research report analyzing its valuation model and price targets for Dfrit, and stated that it has accumulated a significant amount of DRIFT positions in its liquidity and risk funds. The North Carolina Legislature has passed a bill prohibiting the state from implementing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) issued by the Federal Reserve, and the Senate has overturned Governor Roy Cooper's veto power. The bill prohibits North Carolina from accepting CBDC as a payment method and prohibits it from participating in any future CBDC testing conducted by any branch of the Federal Reserve. On September 9th, the Republican led Senate passed the bill with a vote of 27 to 17, slightly higher than the 60% majority required to overturn the Democratic Cooper's veto, and House Bill 690 was passed. Previously, in early August, the North Carolina House of Representatives overturned Cooper's veto power with a vote of 73 to 41. @drunky

UniSat CEO Lorenzo stated in a post on the X platform that during the launch of the Fractal mainnet, block height 2 was used as a merged mining block for mining, while the current node requires blocks 1 and 2 to be permissionless mining blocks.
