Lazy tofu dumplings 🍌 🥟 Have you ever cooked lazy dumplings for breakfast? This time we offer a tofu version. You will need: 350 g of tofu, 1 banana, 150 g of rice flour, 0.5 lemon, sugar. Preparation: Chop the tofu with a banana blender and add lemon juice, zest, sugar and flour. Knead the dough, roll it out with a sausage and cut the lazy dumplings. Roll them in flour and cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes after surfacing.
