Rice with tuna and vegetables 🍚
Take tuna in its own juice, because it is healthier and there is no excess fat in it.
You will need: 120 g of rice, 1 can of tuna, 2 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 squash, spices.
Preparation: Randomly chop all the vegetables and fry the onion and carrot until soft. Add the bell pepper and after another 3 minutes – tomatoes and zucchini. Simmer everything for 5-7 minutes, add the tuna and simmer for another minute. In parallel, boil the rice, add it to the vegetables, season, mix and remove from heat after a minute. 0 reply
