underrated quality of @jacek: he doesn't spend time promising X, Y, or Z. instead, he only makes announcements when he has actually shipped X, Y, or Z.

we have seen this consistently, again and again.he doesn't try to woo us with a roadmap. he just gets shit (eg partnerships) done.
