What’s your favorite kind of cheese? 

I’m cooking dinner rn (pork chops and sweet potatoes) and munching on some delicious aged manchego

To be rather non exciting I would say good ol cheddar because it’s what I enjoy most frequently… and sure it may not be special but it is so versatile in our lives.  Especially during the child rearing years.

Grilled Cheese

Cheeseburger 

Snacking

Fine on tacos or nachos

With apple pie

Tomato sandwiches

Utilitarian choice I realize.
