I think the reason you don’t see $Degen on your TL is primarily a result of three aspects of the current season’s tipping rhythms. Folks tipping @degenpad for their ITO offerings. A bunch of true Degens supporting @bountycaster and their raise to add $Degen support. And finally folks automating tips through - @microsub Mix in a @jacek wedding, as he has been the most vocal cheerleader the last few weeks and you get a recipe for quiet Degen energy on the timeline. Patience will be rewarded for those who support and believe in the long term potential. Though it might require a defibrillator to send pulses through the timeline to restart the energy. Soon(ish) TM 2024 $Degen

Microsub has been a game changer for me. It has allowed me to tip contributors to the /politics channel and build a group of channel supporters. No way I could have done that without Degen and microsub. The ten contributors are currently making around $100 a month. Once I grow the list to 20, they’ll be making ~ $50.

The paid commentators are @jawa, @seanwince, @jeffexcell, @casedup, @helladj.eth, @gregory-1967, @ayojoseph, @olystuart, @littleshrimp and @niki-finance. Everyone has been contributing and providing feedback on how we can improve the channel. It's a pretty solid group. I can't wait to see what we do when there's 20 of us.
