I want a Fact Filter for all the stuff that comes at me through my little glass rectangle

I feel like a "bias tracker" would be more useful. When I see a weird claim, I want to know where it actually came from, and who is paying who to blast that message out, and the entire memetic genealogy. 

I don't just want to know if something is true, I want the full Snopes traceback, tagging the talk radio show where the claim was first made in 2011, and the, the 4chan meme template that went viral a few years later, and then reddit post that remixed it five years after that.
