If ppl get fined $500/poop, they’ll have to hand out 6,000 fines before it’s recouped

I think I’d pay $50 more in taxes per year to be guaranteed no poop on (nyc) streets

Idk how many people are in northern Italy, but there’s some version where it’s worth it

My friend had a funnier idea: print a bunch of toothpick flags that say “A gift from an asshole” and stick it in not picked up poop.
