my heart tells me to make everyone happy, but my head tells me it's not possible. so my choice is to at least keep it transparent, fair, and consistent.

if you attempt to make everyone happy -- you may fall short but it'll mean the world to those you did succeed with. just focus on the journey vs the goal of "everyone" so you stay happy too.
