I've been thinking a lot lately about how to scale Trust. Tech solutions are great, but often gamed. Identifying people who are trustworthy most of the time, is relatively easy. What's hard is cultivating disincentives to minimize the likelihood of untrustworthy behavior in edge cases. 1/2

another idea I prototyped called "rock jar" modeled after balancing rocks. let 2 people agree onchain to work. then each can leave a rating 1-5 & it becomes a "rock" in your jar. overtime even if someone burned you it would be a small rock in a stack of large ones if you're good. if they're lame would be all small

cont. overtime you'd have a pretty good view of their rock pile/jar of the type of person they are. could be a new social avatar. because both agreed to work together on chain, couldn't get false reports etc.

I’ve written previously about an idea of a personal Net Promoter Score. It sounds like this might be a similar concept?
