He suggested that replacing the Federal Reserve with the Magic 8-Ball could result in significant cost savings. The Magic 8-Ball, known for giving out random answers, is a toy that Musk believes could serve as an alternative to a traditional financial institution.

An interesting idea, but I doubt it's a promising one.
