Recently played guitar with my daughter since she picked up cello. I seriously regret putting my music off for so long. 

There is something deeply cathartic and spiritual doing improv music with your children. 🎶🎸🎻

Status: Struggling with fatigue and second bout of covid brain fog in two years.

Results: didn’t have a desire to nap with slightly more strength in gym but same limited endurance. Noticeably more mental clarity. Noticeable reduction in inflammation.

While I’m talking in a thread it should not say ‘Thread’ at the top because someone thought I was using the App ‘Thread’ and has no clue what I was using. A logo and no words would be better just to get it in everyone’s head and limit branding confusion. We know it’s a thread
