I've always had a Dour Darcel as my PFP just bc I thought it was cool and well designed then it inadvertently become my online identity where people recognized me by it

I like to imagine that everyone has been playing a character with their PFP, building a personality and sharing stories for a cartoon character that is based on themselves and that one day (soon) we will turn these all into AIpowered cartoon characters that live autonomously and build their own ip franchises
