The promise of a get-rich-quick airdrop is no longer sufficient attract high-quality builders and users. Teams must build a EMOTIONAL connection that is more durable and retentive. Offering valuable rewards beyond tokens that show you understand your users (in add'n to community) is a powerful way to do this.
