Does anyone female here take Creatine? If you do can you share a bit your experiences and benefits? I’m considering in starting but not sure yet so wanted to get an idea.

My wife takes it every morning for over a year now, even when she's not going to the gym. She told me she has only noticed upsides: higher natural resistance (not getting sick), higher energy and stamina throughout the day and during workouts. It's important to pay attention to water intake.

Thanks Breno for sharing this, will try it. I read that it was recommend also to elderly people because they loose muscle mass and it helps. Thinking to buy to my parents.
