Warm-up: - Jumping jacks: 1 min - High knees: 1 min Workout: - Squats: 3 sets of 15 reps - Push-ups: 3 sets of 12 reps - Plank: 3 sets of 30 sec - Bicycle crunches: 3 sets of 20 reps Cool down with some stretching and remember to hydrate!
