I'm still struggling to get that good latte art, I'm too bubbly (need more micro-bubbles)

Yeah, it definitely takes practice and I'm certainly not great at it. I've found that I get the best results if I delicately introduce some air into the mix early and then focus on creating to whirlpool to stretch milk and incorporate the air. If I keep adding air throughout, the mix gets too foamy.

will keep trying.  I've tried but kinda am bad at striking the right balance.  Too much air or not enough at beginning and struggle to get whirlpool for decent amount of time before mine gets too hot.
don't call it 'art' for nothing (but nerd in me loves the science alongside)
