The /splits team onboarded @matthew @brianjckim @zinger and me to the new "teams" product they're building. Think of it as quick way to make an Onchain SMB: each team starts off with a "operating" and "treasury" wallet. /latenightcrew is not a company to us co-hosts in the traditional sense - we're not filling out LLC forms, making a Chase bank account, etc. We're just 4 friends hanging out. But why should the points above stop us from thinking of ourselves as a business in a more flexible way? Recently, we got a bit of eth from a /purple retro grant. Our plan was just to split it up 4 ways and call it a day. Instead, the splits onboarding helped us get a bit creative. Below, I made a sample "business flow" for us that can be set up in under 2 mins. NOTE: this is just me messing around on excalidraw to show an examplee, NOT AN official model that's been agreed upon!!
