Description: 
Integrate Para (fka @usecapsule) into Eliza: https://github.com/elizaOS/eliza

Requirements: 
- Add Para as a dependency in the Eliza project 
- Create or update wallet modules/components within Eliza to integrate with Para 
- Implement error handling/logging per the Eliza contribution guide: https://github.com/elizaOS/eliza/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md

Deliverables: 
- A PR in the Eliza repo that includes the Para SDK and any updated dependencies 
- Updates to the Eliza documentation and any setup instructions
- Please also add a PR to the awesome-para repo with this project as a folder: https://github.com/getpara/awesome-para

Amount: 350 USDC
