when literal nazis start supporting a side that's a red flag in my books which is sorta peculiar because in israel/gaza conflict north-american communists are overwhelmingly on the gaza's side on the same side as nazi's nazi's that were literally the anti-communists and killed communists first almost like there's something more complicated that is being tried to be concealed... something more important than the race war... something about class... can't remember though

something i got really cautious about last year is microplastics and pfas, and i'm so glad Derek did a video on this i donate blood every 6 months partially to decrease my pfas levels (i hope it works, but also if it doesn't i'm ok) the bottom line: *the world is contaminated, even the organic stuff* then you read about ddt in the ocean and how none of the fish is safe anymore and you get why vegans live longer (magicpill.link) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SC2eSujzrUY

your body *absolutely* does not know what it needs, though, and it's been proven *repeatedly* by tens of thousands of researchers independently your body wants to stay dormant, consume highly palatable calorie dense food, not to expel energy, not to learn anything new, watch tv all day, brainrot, watch porn, and give up and as to the main point made by @androidsixteen.eth? about "knows what it wants"? yeah sure it *wants* to not feel pain in the knees, but does it want to stretch to prevent that? nope it *wants* lower back not to strain, but does it *want* to lift with the legs? fuck no it *wants* not to have diabetes, but does it want to give up on a sugary diet? again, no your body is stupid as hell when it comes to long term vision wearables help translating long term goals into short term "you haven't moved in 1 hour buddy, time to move?"

i love high-quality cheap electronics, there's undescribable charm in it i use $350 phone with graphene os, $450 thinkpad with pop os as my main drivers something about driving indestructible luxury cars from 90s as opposed to the modern models that break down every 5000km

We had four bags of crowdfunds, seventy-five pellets of tasteful photographs, five sheets of high powered ted recasts, a salt shaker half full of likes, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored mints, coins, pods, tickers... and also a quart of tips on tuesdays, a quart of clankermons, a case of amps, a pint of raw eggs and two dozen rewards. Not that we needed all that for the bull market, but once you get locked into a serious farmer career, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.
