This doesn’t need a blockchain. It runs at the edge and stores everything in immutable content addressed IPFS structures. 

But! We designed it alongside the FVM on Filecoin. 

You can pick and choose between on-chain and off-chain computation.

This is very interesting.
I've been cooking up something in my head that might be somewhat related to this in a way.

It involves WASM and code blocks that can be stored on/off chain and executed locally. In my case with a more specific purpose.

Would love to learn more.
