My neighbor has landscapers (who use leafblowers) 3 times a week. Is that excessive or am I being a whiner?

Way excessive. AB 1346 makes this and other small gas tools illegal to sell in California as of this past January. So long term they’re being phased out for quieter electric ones which is good. In the meantime you may have some recourse if the noise exceeds a certain level. I'm more curious about the landscapers coming by 3x/week than the leafblower. That kind of attention ain't cheap. I can picture a neighborhood in which the owner using a leaf blower that much (or daily) is normal.

By me, it's usually once every two weeks. Anything more than 1x a week is excessive imo.
